We worked with the client to qualify and synthesize their business requirements and quickly develop a Manufacturing work order process mining solution with rapid time to value for their niche ERP package.
- advisory consulting and program/project management to a growing $150M international high-tech business on the implementation of an AWS Cloud based ERP and CRM (Infor CloudSuite) global template to establish common global processes and consolidate three legacy ERP solutions as a result of recent acquisitions. Master Data management planning and execution to migrate the legacy data to the new platform and organizational alignment were critical success factors.
- post go-live critical-situation (crit-sit) advisory consulting to help troubleshoot and resolve issues to stabilize the SAP ERP/APO HANA based global template rollout for a $40B+ multinational specialty plastics and resins manufacturer. SAP components supported included SD, MM, PP, QM, LE, FI, PLM/MDM, APO GATP/CTP/SNP/CTM. Subsequent post-stabilization consulting included Supply Chain business process enablement and improvements.
